UPCA font replaced by common font on Crystal Report

I am using the Demo font IDAutomationSUPCEANL Demo. in Crystal Report
On my PC it looks OK, but when I try the Report on a server it shows plain text, maybe Arial

I Installed the Demo font in the server and I can see it well in Wordpad or other applications.

Any idea what could be wrong? I have to make sure it works before we purchase the font.

Operating System: Windows

Application: Sage X3

SAP has a solution for the shrinking text issue here:

I was able to see the custom font by Restarting the Sage X3 server.

But now I see the UPC-A code but as very tiny even on size 18. Any other size it just shows blank. No matter what size I choose it is always blank, except at size 18 but it is just extremely tiny.

By the way, the same RPT in another server works fine at any size.

Is your report displayed as a PDF? If so, it is possible that the UPC font is not embedded into the document by the application. Review your application vendor's instructions for embedding custom fonts in PDFs.
