Can we get a Type1 font version of your TrueType font that we purchased from IDAutomation


We purchased a font back in 2006 from IDAutomation and have been using it successfully for many years.

We are in the process of migrating our Reporting software, and the new software requires Type1 fonts (postscript) fonts, and will not support .ttf ( true type fonts )

The font we are currently using is the "IDAutomation Uni M.ttf"

Do you offer a type1 font that exactly maps to this true type font?

If not, is it ok for us to use a product like fontforge, which claims to be able to convert TTF fonts to Type1 fonts for free, on the font we purchased from you?

The IDAutomation Universal Font Package includes the Postscript fonts in the PostScript folder. If you still have the zip file of the font package, you can locate these fonts. If not, you may update your priority support subscription to receive the download link to re-download the package from the following link: https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/universal/support/
