I am having trouble getting Barcode to print on a Windows 2012r2 server.


I am trying to update our crystal reports with the IDAutomation software. My report runs fine on my Crystal Developer PC (Win10) and also on a test distribution server running Win2008. I need to set up new servers running Win2012r2 but the Same report is giving me an "Access Violation Error".

Is there anything different I need to do for Windows 2012 to get this software to run? I follow the exact same install I ran on the 2008 server. I am using the IDAutomation Product UniversalFontAdvantage and Crystal XI Distribution Files. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Although the error described is not directly caused by our fonts or encoders, use the Native Linear + 2D Barcode Generator for Crystal Reports (included in your order) as a workaround to see if that resolves the issue, as it does not have any external dependencies and is embedded in the report itself.
