Business Central MICR Font not recognized

We have Business Central 24.0 (Platform 24.0.19566.0 + Application 24.0.16410.17628). It is supposed to include IDAutomation MICR code. I have modified the check format and can see a MICR code selected as the font, but I don't see all the options I should be seeing. According to the following article, I should be seeing several formats.

I only see "IDAutomationSMICR Demo" and MICRe13b in the Report Builder. If I choose MICRe13b I do not get actual MICR characters when I print, but the equivalent letters and numbers in normal (i.e. ARIAL) font which obviously does not work. If I choose IDAutomationSMICR Demo, I see MICR-like characters, but these are not the expected characters (I guess these are CMC vs e13B characters... pardon my ignorance). I need the MICRe13b to work as expected but it is not. What do I need to do to get it to work properly?

Thank you for contacting us. Microsoft has purchased IDAutomation fonts/encoders for distribution with certain versions of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central products. These fonts/encoders are distributed with their products by Microsoft directly and unfortunately, I cannot advise you if the version you have comes with these products already installed. You can check with Microsoft Dynamics to ask them if the fonts/encoders are included or if you would need to purchase those from us separately. If the versions you are working with have the fonts/encoders already installed, then Microsoft will need to provide you with instructions on how to use them within Dynamics Business Central as part of their installation and you can contact them here: Contact Microsoft Dynamics Sales | Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, IDAutomation cannot advise if a custom font would be able to be installed in your version, so if Microsoft does not have the font available, you would need to ask them if you can purchase a custom font for installation as some of their versions will not allow for custom font or encoder installation. Unfortunately, IDAutomation can only assist you with the font packages purchased and installed directly from IDAutomation.
