MICR E13B Font bank rejected stating strokes are narrow

We purchased the MICR E13B package recently. I had raised this question on the E13B installation.
https://support.idautomation.com/MICR-E-13B/E13B-Font-installation/_3819
Based on the answer, I installed the specific E13B font from the Additional Fonts - TrueType folder. However, the bank has rejected stating the strokes are narrow.
Eg: Refer 'Narrow chars' and 'Narrow strokes' screenshot. Is there any other font as part of this license that could help fix this issue? Or, is there any other solution to fix this? I am using E13B - 12Pt.

It is best to keep the font at exactly 12 points and use a different font width from the "Additional Fonts" Folder as per this screenshot:

You can read about all of the additional fonts on the "Additional Details" tab from this link: MICR E13B Font Package which goes over the individual font names and what they will do for you. Use the included MICR calibration tool to choose a wider font that will work best for your printer and MICR toner.

Hi, Thanks for your response! We are trying a different toner.
Meanwhile, in the troubleshooting document below was mentioned:

When using IDAutomation MICR fonts, try the narrow or wide version fonts or adjust the point size (for example 12.25 points for wider printing).

How/Where can I find the wide version fonts? Does it come as part of the sent package?

Regards,
Indu

Because every printer, toner, paper stock, and environment (such as humidity) is different, the setup for MICR to pass optical testing is going to be different for everyone. We have some troubleshooting steps that you can use here: Troubleshooting MICR Font & Components to assist you in meeting the specifications. You also will need to be using specific MICR toner, paper for check stock, and an MICR printer.
