Font E-13B not Printing Properly

Here are sequential activities that happened during the font testing:

1.
We tested the MICR E13B Font installation, to send 10 samples of voided checks to the bank for their verification. That day, when we printed checks, we found that every other check was not printing correctly. I have attached the scanned copy of the physical check from the printer. See attachment: 6-16_Check Print_Every other bad.pdf. Somehow, we managed to print 10 checks in multiple batches and sent the checks to the bank for verification.

2.
A week later, the bank came back with the feedback that the font installed was not the correct E13B Font.

3.
Based on the bank's feedback, we uninstalled the earlier wrong E13B font and installed another new E13B font which we got from a third-party vendor. Once the installation was done, we tried running another set of tests, but we could not see the font in our Spool output. We do not have any other application to verify this. Based on our experience, if the font does not show up on the spool, then it would print in the correct format. See the attachment (PDF with add information.pdf).

Brant	Best Answer The problem with every other page not printing properly is that the IDAutomation MICR E13B Font is not applied to the text on every additional check. This is not a problem with the font itself. We recommend rebooting the system completely and checking the printing process. If that does not resolve the issue, refer to the software used to print the checks and make sure the IDAutomation MICR E-13B Font is what is selected for the characters at the bottom of the check that need to be in MICR format.
