How to get the installation for the new desktop.


We have moved to a new desktop. How to re-install the font we bought. There is a copy of install.exe for the MICR E13B fonts. We have moved to Windows 7 and Oracle Apps to 12.1.3 and Oracle BI to 11.1.1.5.0 on Linux. The font prints fine for now from the application. But we have to tweak the check format.

When I view the PDF from the BI Publisher tab in MS Word, I don't see the MICR font. Can you help me with this?

Operating System: Windows 7, Linux

Application: Linux Server, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle XML Publisher, and Oracle EBS

Hi Sury,

The license your company has is a Single User License and is not the correct license for installation on a server. Your company will need to upgrade the Developer License, this will give you the right to install on a server and embed the fonts into a PDF document as your environment is set up to do. We have also updated our MICR font package since your purchase back in 2008. The upgraded license purchase will include the newest fonts as described in our MICR Release Log.

Please begin the purchase for the correct MICR E13B Font license and select a Developer License. Then email us once your upgrade order is complete Contact Us and we will refund the cost of the original Single User License.
