UPS Maxicode through Crystal Reports not scanning using thermal printer

Dear all,
I have bought the developer license of MaxiCode (encoder + font).

I have designed my label with the ups MaxiCode on crystal report but when I print on a common laser printer such as Canon or on a PDF support the MaxiCode is readable correctly, otherwise, when I print on a Datamax printer the MaxiCode is not readable.

In this second case, the MaxiCode is lightly flat, I think that the reason is that Crystal Report rendered as graphics the MaxiCode without keeping the proportions.

Is it possible? How can I solve the problem?

Thank you

Regards
Lorenz

I do not believe there is anything that we will be able to do on our end. If you can continue to print using the laser printer, then that is one possible option. The other option is to use a component that generates an image instead of using a font. Maxicode as a font is rare and not every printer can manage to print it correctly. If you are using Crystal XI and up, we have the Dynamic Barcode Generator Service.

Maxicode Service for Crystal Reports.
