SSRS (Power BI) QR Code Installation Error - Type QRCode is not Defined

Hi.
I'm opening this support ticket/case for our customer. I would like some help with the installation and use of the QR Code Font our customer bought from you, because I did multiple tests and I still have issues/errors when trying to run/use it in a SSRS report (using the SSRS Report Builder). I installed it on our training tech servers to be able to reboot the server without causing issues to our customer servers. Thanks and regards.

Unfortunately, the installation method you are attempting with the DLL is considered a legacy solution and is no longer supported by IDAutomation. The encoding tools for SSRS are only available with the purchase of a Developer license or higher. The supported installation for the QR Code Font in SSRS is via the SSRS Barcode Font Encoder, and this encoder for that tutorial is available with the Developer license in the Developer tools folder of the download.

Your customer will need to Contact Sales Via Email to inquire about upgrading their licensing to a Developer license or higher for this encoder and to follow the tutorial linked above.
