.NET Forms Control Forecolor/Bar color is not working


We are using the IDAutomation .NET Linear + 2D Barcode Forms Control's PDF417 Barcode Control in a Visual Studio project.

We are using it as follows:

PDF417Barcode bcPDF417 = new PDF417Barcode();
bcPDF417.ForeColor = System.Drawing.ColorTranslator.FromHtml("#606062");

For some reason, changes to the forecolor (the barcode's color) are not shown in the results.

Are we doing this right?

Operating System: Windows

Application: Visual Studio, C#, .Net

It is suggested that the project/solution be cleaned and recompiled or the code reanalyzed. When the issue was recreated, it worked correctly (in the following example, pdf417Barcode1 is the component name on the form):
