Failed to load expression host assembly error when running multiple reports with barcode assembly

We have added a subscription that emails out 100s of reports to a customer that contain barcodes. About 4 or 5 emails in, the reports give an error, and after that, no other reports using the barcode assembly work until we recycle reporting services. Not sure what actually broke this or if the assembly just can't handle the volume of this subscription. I've attached a screenshot of the error we get after this subscription runs/fails. Thanking all in advance:

CJ,
If you have not found a solution to your issue, the SSRS Barcode Generator may be a better product for your implementation because the Native Generator stays embedded in the RDL report file.

Ben,
If you could send me details on the other solution I would like to forward them to our developers. I do not myself create the reports, I just take care of the backend SQL database/server/reporting services. We need whatever solution to work with SSRS. They are creating Linear barcodes I believe and are on a bit of a time crunch to get this working as it is for Advanced Shipment Notifications to a customer with 143 locations. We are also looking at potentially purchasing your Barcode streaming service to solve this issue so that the barcode is not hosted on the Reporting Server which has become a critical part of their operation for not just barcodes.

Ben,
It's in the body of the email if you scroll down, I also attached a screenshot to this post which I'll do again. image
(looks like the upload failed on the first post, my apologies, new to posting here).
As an update, the subscription contains 143 emails that need to be sent to the customer with a barcode report attached. All 143 fail (no specific error given) then from that point on ALL reports that contain barcodes using this assembly get the error until I recycle Reporting Services.

CJ,

I do not see the attached screenshot. Try sending it to our support email. I will write you privately so that you can reply to it with the attachment.

What barcode type(s) are you attempting to create? We have a new option that will allow you to use fonts with a formula or code that will produce the barcode. If we cannot resolve the specific error it may be worth investigating the new solution.

I will explain in more detail in my email.
