IDAutomation's OCR Font Advantage Package contains the fonts that would allow you to generate OCR characters according to ECMA 11 spec. A similar OCR-B forum post was created regarding this, and you may find it useful as well. You can purchase the OCR Font Package online and download it immediately after your purchase is complete.
