QR Code doesn't support Arabic string characters in Access

I’m able to produce QR codes with a mix between Arabic and English text properly but when I scan the code, the return shows Asian lettering instead of Arabic. There is no problem with the scanner. I contacted admin support and they confirmed that UTF-8 is working but that it’s interpreting the language incorrectly. Arabic QR Code characters and scanner results by Android phone camera are attached in a PDF file.

We have made an update that resolves the Arabic encoding issue. The January 2022 release of the IDAutomation Barcode Generator for Microsoft Access is now available with additional support for Tag-Length-Value (TLV), UTF-8, BASE64, and Arabic encoding capability.

I see you are using Access, in order to troubleshoot your issue, please do the following:
1. Make a copy of the example provided in the download.
2. Modify the data to contain these Arabic characters.
3. Attach the file here so we can view the result.

I'm not sure about the font formula, I just imported the VBA modules as I got it without any changes. Would you please tell me more about the font formula and how to use it?

Here is the text of Arabic encoded characters

Thanks,

Make sure you are using the font formula and not the UFL. Only the font formula supports UTF-8.
We need to be able to reproduce the issue. I cannot copy and paste the text from the photo to test this. Can you paste it here in the forum as text, or attach a Word document? Or better yet, attach the report example with your text in the static data.

The barcode symbol attached does not scan UTF-8 well as you mentioned. Can you do the following:
1. Make a copy of the example provided in the download.
2. Modify the data encoded to contain these Arabic characters.
3. Test scan the example and attach the file here so we can view the result.
4. Let us know what scanner you are using.
