What software will provide decode results of each scan?


Does anyone know of software that can be used with a symbol scan gun that will provide decode results, as well as specification results of each scan? I am creating barcodes and want to print them and then scan them and test each one to determine the information that is encoded as well as determine XDimension, Symbology, etc...

I am looking for a test software that will perform this capability.

Unfortunately, I do not know of any software that can provide a report of XDimension, etc. However, there are scanners including the SC7USB that have Print Quality Assessment capability. These scanners provide information about a particular barcode scan. The SC7USB scan performs PQA on Postal and 2D barcodes.
