Encoding QRCode Barcode in Microsoft Business Central

The following document has the barcodes: Feedback Barcode.pdf -> see appendix.
It is important here that the FIRST barcode has no control characters and does not need to be taken into account.

Requirements for the barcode (example of the second barcode in the PDF including control characters):
FA0001tLALtn
The implementation takes place in Microsoft Business Central Version 24.

If we read the barcode in Excel, we see this --> everything is OK:
In Word we see this --> The control character ⍰ appears:
What is interesting is that there are situations in which the following control symbol arises.
Unicode U+2370 (“⍰” U+2370 APL function symbol square with question mark Unicode character (compart.com) character)
Note: The attachment example was removed because it contains private data.

Operating System: Windows

Application: Microsoft Business Central Version 24.

Hello Rexoni, Microsoft has licensed IDAutomation QR Code Fonts and Encoders only for distribution with certain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central product versions. These fonts/encoders are distributed with their products by Microsoft directly and unfortunately, I cannot advise you if the version you have comes with these products already installed. You can check with Microsoft Dynamics to ask them if the fonts/encoders are included or if you would need to purchase those from us separately. If the versions you are working with have the fonts/encoders already installed, then Microsoft will need to provide you with instructions on how to use them within Dynamics Business Central as part of their installation and you can contact them here: Contact Microsoft Dynamics Sales | Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, IDAutomation cannot advise if a custom font would be able to be installed in your version, so if Microsoft does not have the font available, you would need to ask them if you can purchase a custom font for installation as some of their versions will not allow for custom font or encoder installation. There is more information regarding Dynamics installations located here: Barcode Integration Guide for Microsoft Dynamics (idautomation.com)

When I review orders for your organization, I do not find where you have made a purchase from IDAutomation for QR Codes so if you are using the installation that comes with Microsoft Dynamics, then you will need to reach out to Microsoft for assistance with that installation for encoding.

All of the above said, I am able to scan every barcode you provided in your documentation without the ⍰ at the end of the scan using 3 different scanners and the functions you mentioned with the Tabs, the Line Feed, and Carriage Return are scanning correctly for me, so the issue may be only with your scanner. If that is the case then you will need to reach out to your scanner manufacturer for assistance with the scanning.

If you did make the purchase for the QR Codes from IDAutomation for assistance with encoding, I have so far been unable to locate that order. If you are able to provide some additional information that I can use to potentially locate this order in our system, I would certainly appreciate it.
