The CRUFL_IDAutomationQR.dll is the old version of our UFL dll. Copy the CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll to your system32. In my original response, I should have said CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll and not CRUFLIDAutomationQR.dll. I apologize.

The Crystal Reports version 9.2.0.448

Yes, If the DEMO version works without problems.

Yes, If the QR bar codes are created directly in the Crystal Reports.

The "CRUFLIDAutomationQR.dll" file does not exist, but there is a file in the "windowssystem32" called "CRUFL_IDAutomationQR.dll" and authorized installer directory "IDAutomation_QRCodeFontEncoderIntegrationCrystal UFL32bit" there is "CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll" file

What version of Crystal Reports are you running?

Was the demo version successful?

Are you creating barcodes directly in Crystal or using .NET?

Reboot the machine or server.

Verify the file CRUFLIDAutomationQR.dll exists on your system (either system32 or SysWOW64). If not, let me know.
