Issue with QR Code and Crystal Report

I have an issue with a Crystal Report we have for our Packing Slip. The report works fine until I add the QR Code Native Formula to it to convert a couple of fields that our customer wants barcoded. When I add the barcode formula the report duplicates the lines by however many lines we are shipping for each line i.e. 10 lines, each line has 10 duplications! When I remove the formula fields it works perfectly again.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Many thanks

As a test, set the field that produces a barcode from the data source to a string literal such as DataToEncode = "1234567890" and run the report. Let me know what happens.

Does it duplicate the record?

I have tried what you have suggested with no change. I cannot see how the report is corrupt as I can add any field from existing data tables in the report and newly linked data tables and I have no issues.
It is only happening when I add the native or full barcode.

Please try what I suggested below and if that does not work the report may be corrupt and you may have to make a new one from scratch.

I have to remove all of the barcodes for the report to work how it should.

Try adding more space around the barcodes so they do not conflict with other fields or the end of the sections. You can also change the height parameter to reduce the height. If that does not work, try adding the barcodes one by one to determine the one that is causing the problem. After you find the one that is causing the problem, try to move it or size it differently so that the report works properly.

In the design screenshot, I have highlighted the 3 barcodes (they do not show in the 'After' picture as it is not the correct customer.

Can you attach a screenshot of the before and after so I can get a better idea of what is happening?

Maybe I should explain it differently.

The packing slip is the shipping document we send to our customers for one of their orders.

If we send out 3 items the pack slip will have 3 lines on it. 1 for each item. When I add the barcode it creates the 3 lines but it also creates 3 instances of the same line. so 3 line 1, 3 line 2, etc...

It sounds like the addition of the barcode is making the report larger than it was. Try reducing the size of something else so that the report is the same size and compare it with the design and preview rulers.
