Demo Showing in Barcode After Purchase

We purchased the IDAutomation QR Code Font and Encoder Suite for use with Crystal Reports.

I thought I uninstalled the demo version of everything, but I keep seeing intermittent demo behavior.

What do you suggest?

James	Best Answer Issue: The client did not completely remove the demo font package from the system before installing the sale version. There may have been a situation in which the UFLs were not completely unregistered in a later uninstall (possibly caused by having Crystal Reports open while running the uninstaller). Solution: Instructed client to manually uninstall UFLs by modifying the commands found in the UFL Redistribution section of the implementation guide: I. Manually Uninstall (Unregister) Commands for UFLs: (adjust if different - based on the CLR version).: Notes: • The file name for both 32 and 64bit QR UFLs are the same: CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll • ALL Crystal/SAP processes are not running. • Uninstall all IDAutomation QR Code applications in the Control Panel > Programs and Features • Perform the above • Delete the UFL DLLs from their respective folders • Reboot 32bit: C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv2.0.50727 RegAsm.exe /u C:WindowsSystem32CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll - OR – C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv4.0.30319 RegAsm.exe /u C:WindowsSystem32CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll 64bit: C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64v2.0.50727 RegAsm.exe /u C:WindowsSystem32CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll - OR - C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64v4.0.30319 RegAsm.exe /u C:WindowsSystem32CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll II. Reinstall Font Package: After all the above are done, reinstall the purchased version (without any Crystal Reports processes running) and reinstall the font package (which automatically installs/registers the correct UFL versions on the local system).
