QR Code for Invoicing is Base64 value when scanned

Using the QR Code Font and Encoder, why did my QR Code when I scanned it give me the Base64 value instead of the Text Value?

Brant	Best Answer The customer was trying to decode a QR Code containing a Base64 encoded message, most likely for KSA E-Invoicing. QR Code readers decode the data within and reveal only the encoded data, which in this case is encoded in base64. In order to read this data, the customer could copy and paste the data into a Base64 decoder such as this one or automate the process within an application with a conversion from Base64 to text. Additionally, the IDAutomation Barcode Decoder App can scan, detect, and decode Base64 values and convert these to text within the app. It is also available as an SDK for Xamarin for custom integration. An example of this decoding is presented in Symbol 5 of the Symbol Scan Examples. Yes, it encoded the base64 string, But is there a way to decode this base64 string using the crystal component, so that when we scan the QR code it will return the Text value?
