GS1-128 font showing Demo watermark. But we have purchased

Dear SirMadam, We are purchased recently purchased the ID Automation GS1-128 Font (1 Developer) license. We have installed the font in laptop. But in font list GS1-128S font is showing Demo (GS1-128S Demo). Kindly please check and support how to install the font.

Hello Jost,

Thank you for reaching out, if the word "Demo" is still in the barcodes output after purchase, this occurs when the demo version was installed and not completely removed.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

· Uninstall both the demo and licensed versions of the font packages from your system.
· Clear Temporary Folders and ensure that any files associated with the IDAutomation demo and encoders are removed from the recycle bin.
· Reboot your computer to ensure all temporary data is cleared.
· Reinstall the licensed version of the font package. Be sure to use the encoders provided with the licensed product, either those installed with the font executable (EXE) or the encoders available in the Developer Tools.

After completing these steps, the encoder should display the correct output without the "demo" label.
