PDF417 Not able to generate barcode after Windows Update


We have a .NET desktop application, which generates a PDF417 barcode. Recently, after the Windows 10 update on any workstation, it stopped producing the PDF417 barcode.

Operating System: Windows 10 latest update

Application: .NET Frame work 4.7 , Desktop Application

From your order history, you are using the PDF417 Font and Encoder from 2009. We recommend upgrading to the latest version for Windows 10 and 11 compatibility. You can receive the latest version by purchasing Priority Support for this product.
