Barcode RDF Report completing in Error

We are implementing Java Barcode Component into our existing RDF report with the help of Java codes mentioned on your site. But unfortunately after following all the steps program is completed in Error and the error message is mentioned below

Ben	Best Answer The error is out of the scope of our support. You may have to contact Oracle to find a possible solution to the error message which is not specific to the IDAutomation component. Posted 8.7 year(s) ago (0) (0) Report Abuse

But this troubleshooting document did not help to resolve the issue.
