Trouble matching up a GS1 Barcode - Java Component

We are a coupon provider for Grocery Coupons. We have always used IDAutomation for our GS1 barcodes. However, we are experiencing longer and longer data strings and it seems as if the longer strings won't scan with our current settings. :

DataBar bc = new DataBar();
bc.setExpandedStackedSegments(10);
bc.setSymbologyID(2);
bc.setPixelsPerCM(120);

The data string we need to use is 81101004200060202822511021010110250921102709316030656293330000004

I have attached an image with the way it should look https://s3.amazonaws.com/qples-test/81101004200060202822511021010110250921102709316030656293330000004_671.png or

The way ours looks https://s3.amazonaws.com/qples-test/FullSizeRender.jpg or

Can you please help with any settings we need to duplicate the first image?

View the API for the Databar Java Component.

Modify the setExpandedStackedSegments to 12 instead of 10.

DataBar bc = new DataBar();
bc.setExpandedStackedSegments(12);
bc.setSymbologyID(2);
bc.setPixelsPerCM(120);

After modifying this property, if the barcode appears cut off, I believe it is an issue with the application. I tested the component again in a java app and I was able to expand the field within the application.
