How can i fix label reading order failure

Hi,
I’m using the free IDAutomation program and until yesterday I have no problem at all. I’m printing barcode labels from an Access database table where the first column of the list is the label number.
I have a few thousand lines with code, description, and price which I add every now and then. Yesterday I add 11 new lines to the list as I usually do. What happens now is when I type in the label number, the correct barcode description and price appear until label nr 711, the 712th is reading line 2042 at the end of the list and is reading progressively all the line until the very end of the table which is 2052 before going back to read the actual 712 lines in the table. If I want to print label 720 for example I have to type in the label number 731.
I tried to export the table into an Excel sheet and link the IDAutomation program to that ad it still not reading the records in a numerical progressive way.
Any solution?

Technical Support for the free software products is limited to resolved online documentation, including the knowledgebase articles and support forum. However, Per-Incident Support is available for purchase if more in-depth support is needed.
