Need to click elsewhere on Extended Monitor to use Label Software


Dear all,

I got an issue with the software.
I've got a laptop with Windows 10, using multiple monitor setups.

I recently had the issue where I need to click elsewhere to actually drag a corner.
What could be the issue here?

Using:
Windows 10 64-bit Enterprise
Dell Latitude E7470
1 extra monitor
Set to Extend as a Display option

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit Enterprise

Application: IDAutomation Barcode Label Software

What is actually occurring? When running the Label Software on the Extended monitor, keep the software on one monitor side and do not drag it to fill both monitors. I tested the Label Software on an extended monitor setup and cannot produce the issue.
