Recently reinstalled software


Hi,
Reinstalled my IDAutomation Barcode Software on a new PC- windows 7, 64-bit. but when I start the software, it tells me that there's no disk in drive D (the dvd-rw drive). And then gives the option to continue, cancel, or retry. None of these options work, the 3 boxes just stay on the screen, until I put the installation disk back in the DVD drive, then the software starts right up. Any ideas?

Before you installed the software, did you copy the file on the disk to the drive that you wanted to install the software on? The software does not require the disk to run as the disk is just a storage device for the product installation/zip file. Go to the drive that has the software on CD, copy the file, place it on your Desktop, remove the disk, then unzip the file and run the installation. After installation completes are you able to run the software?
