Using IDAutomation_DataMatrix bar code in Crystal reports on new server

We implemented the IDAutomation_DataMatrix bar code into a Crystal report and have been using it on a server farm for approximately a year and a half and it's been working fine.

Recently, new servers were built and the Crystal reports containing the IDAutomation object were simply copied to the new servers.
At this point, the report is working for some users all the time and not others who are now getting bar codes rendered that are too large.

Is there some procedure that must be followed when "migrating" the IDAutomation_DataMatrix to new servers?

Is there some potential licensing issue?

Have you seen any conflicts with Citrix that cause bar codes to render incorrectly (we have evidence it is a Citrix issue)?

Thank you,

When using the Native Barcode Generator for Crystal Reports, ensure the font selected for the object is "Consolas", "Courier New," or "Lucida Console" and make sure this font is installed on all machines generating the symbols. For barcodes that are large, examine the result to determine the solution referring to the Technical Support section of the user manual.
