How to bind the CRI to the recordset in Reporting Services?


I need to know how to bind the IDAutomation control to the record set in Reporting Services. I have downloaded the demo and only get a barcode that returns IDAutomation, Inc or a barcode that has DEMO stamped in the middle.

Note: A new product (SSRS Native Barcode Generator) has been released since this post was resolved that offers an easier method of generating barcodes in SSRS without fonts or other components.

Reporting Services CRI

It is possible to set the barcode to your field by modifying the DataToEncode to reflect the field. For example, if I wanted to encode my CustomerID field as the barcode, I would set DataToEncode to:

 =Fields!CustomerID.Value
