Question about barcode size

We use java based ID automation barcode control in our legacy app and now we want to use Barcode CRI for SSRS 2008 R2 to generate the same barcode.

I am using the same settings but the barcode generated from Java is different in size than the barcode generated using Barcode CRI for SSRS.

Here are the settings:

Encoding Mode = Ascii
ApplyTilde = false
PreferredFormat = Auto
RotationAngle = ZeroDegrees
XDimensionMILS = 23 (in Java this is in CM and the value is 0.06)
TopMarginCM = 0.06
LeftMarginCM = 0.06

Can you help us in troubleshooting why the generated barcode image will be different if the settings are the same?

Please let us know if you need more info.

Operating System: Windows Server 2008

Application: SSRS 2008 R2

Can you send a PDF of the barcodes to us Contact Us? Verify that you do not have the PixelsPerCM property set to a value other than 38 (96 dpi). I believe the issue might be the difference in resolution.
