SSRS An error occurred during rendering of the report

I have the IDAutomation SSRS Font Encoder Code128 dated 7/2020 and the fonts from the IDAutomation_C128Font_SilentInstall dated 7/2020 but I am getting an error when attempting to run the report in Report Builder Pro.

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

What is causing this?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

Application: Sql Server 2012 with SSRS 2019

Our SSRS font encoder products do not use COM components so this error must be coming from something else. SSRS 2008 R2 and greater are supported; the earlier versions will not work. I recommend running the example supplied with the product, if that works, use a process of elimination to find the problem. If it does not run, you may have a corrupted installation of Report Builder.
