After modifying the ciphers in IIS to "best practices" with IISCrypto the customer reports the issue is no longer present.

As Brant mentioned, there hasn't been any downtime. However, I was able to re-create the issue on one browser and it was related to the HTTP/2 setting. While you may not be using a browser directly, you must still find out if there is a way to modify (disable the option) the system.

We are not aware of any downtime to the bcgen.com service in over 10 years. We offer a system status page that can be checked at any time. Can you please tell us more about the service outage such as (1) when the outage occurred, (2) error codes, and (3) screenshots of the service outage?
