Compile Error: Can't find project or library in Excel

I need to create multiple Code128 Barcodes in Excel. I followed the Excel VBA Barcode Font Encoder instructions to install the VBA in Excel. When I do the function of =Code128(A1, 0, 0) I get the error Compile Error: Can't find project or library. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Brant	Best Answer First, try this: Within the spreadsheet that received the error, press the ALT and F11 keys to open the Visual Basic Editor in a new window. Click on the Tools menu item, and click on References. A dialogue box may display the “missing object library or type”. If it does, uncheck the missing library and choose OK. Save and close the file and then reopen it to verify the error is resolved. If that does not work, double-check to make sure you are calling the proper function, and choose the debug option when the error occurs to see where the issue is in the VBA code. Finally, if those options do not work, make sure the same module is not loaded twice. Two functions of the same name could cause issues like this. You will need to select the modules you do not need and choose to remove them in the Visual Basic Editor. If necessary, use the example provided in the download and then use a process of elimination to find the issue.

I just noticed I do have 2 instances. I can't find how to remove one of them. If you look at the image I have you will see them both.
