DataMatrix in Crystal Reports v14 using UFL

I am having an issue with the Data Matrix 2D Font in Crystal Reports v14. First, when I used Crystal Reports 2008 v12 there was no problem generating a DataMatrix Code. But with Crystal Reports 2020 v14 the function codes for generating a DataMatrix Code in the formula editor are not recognized. We are using the UFL. Is Crystal Reports v14 not compatible or is there any other driver or module necessary?

This issue can occur with 64 bit systems when using the UFL.The preferred solution to this issue is to use the Font Formulas for Crystal Reports because these do not require the UFL to generate barcodes. These products are only supplied in the latest purchased version and will be located within the integration folder of the zip file download. Also, refer to the Crystal Reports UFL Error Incident.
