Datamatrix Native Crystal slow CR2020 UFL error


We are trying to use the Native Data Matrix Generator in CR2020. Processing is very slow. When we try to use the faster Hybrid for performance we receive "The Visual Basic UFL that implements this function is missing (or U2lcom.dll is missing).

Operating System: Windows Server 2019

Application: Crystal Reports 2020

Verify that you are using the most recent version of the Data Matrix Generator for Crystal Reports. The formula performs up to 400% faster than previous versions.

We recommend the most recent version of the formula over the pre-2021 hybrid and formula version. However, to resolve the hybrid U2lcom.dll, review this post.
