How to encode the FNC3 in Code128 barcodes

Hi,

I'm trying to create a pairing barcode for the Motorola scanner. It requires a barcode made up as;

<FNC3> + B + [MAC ADDRESS OF DEVICE]

I think it should be this.

~196B000000000000

However, I just can't get the generator to make a barcode that works;

http://www.bcgen.com/demo/linear-dbgs.aspx?S=13&D=~196B000000000000&CC=T&CT=T&ST=T&X=0.03&O=0&BBV=0&BBH=0&CG=0&BH=1&LM=0.2&EM=0&CS=0&PT=T&TA=F&CA=&CB=

I don't think it's a "proper" FNC3 at the start.

I've tried the generator at;
http://www.terryburton.co.uk/barcodewriter/generator/
Using
^FNC3B000000000000
And the barcode it generates works perfectly.

How do I get your generator to create a code128 with a working FNC3 at the start?

Thanks.

As of 1/20/2015, IDAutomation has two font encoders that are capable of encoding the FNC3 and FNC4 for Code 128 Barcode Fonts.

Java Barcode Font Encoder Class Library
.NET Assembly Font Encoder

1. Enable ApplyTilde in the Font Encoder.
2. Encode the FNC3 using ~196

Example in Excel using Code 128 Fonts and the VBA Font Encoder:
