I cannot see any QRCode generated from

Hi,

The problem is as above.

I've used the installed application to encode "test" and the result was:

Ok, this worked now. Thank you.

Also, why isn't the installer doing its job in installing the "IDAutomation 2D barcode font" into the system? Please investigate and resolve this (if this is a bug). It is not a pleasant experience for customers to "waste" 2-3 days communicating with support forums to get around this bug.

That checkbox 'Show string below as selected font' was enabled (by default). The following was observed instead of the QRCode which I saw on your screengrab.

Are there some components that the installer has missed out on?

When using a font and encoder, it is necessary to:

1. Encode the data to be turned into a barcode
2. Apply the correct font to that encoded text to produce a valid barcode

What is shown in the question appears to be the encoded string returned. If you check the checkbox 'Show string below as selected font', then you will see the font applied to that encoded text as a barcode:
