The barcode is not printing.

I purchased the Native Barcode Generator for Crystal Reports Code 128 & GS1-128 Developer License. I followed the instructions and added a barcode to my report. However, when the report prints, only data for the field is received on the report. It does not print the barcode.

Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Application: Crystal Version 14.2.6

I advised the customer in a chat session to follow the tutorial located here: Native Crystal Reports Barcode Generator User Manual and then reboot the machine before trying to print the barcode.

If this is not successful on its own, please provide the below information for further assistance:
1) An image of the report showing the field has been set in the report
2) An image of the Edit Formula interface showing what has been set in the DataToEncode line
3) An image of the Print Preview showing what is printing.

Additionally, please try setting the DataToEncode line to a static value instead of a table. Does the barcode print then?
Also try printing the barcode that is in the example report. Does that barcode print?
