How to get Ship To Postal Code, AI 420, to work?

Only want to create a Ship_To_Post barcode, AI 420, passing in Zip Code, 10918, for a pallet label. The Free Online Linear Barcode Image Creator when given 42010918 generates the correct barcode. When using the Crystal Reports UFL functions or Crystal Native Report Generator, the bar code does not match what the Free Online Linear Barcode Image Creator produces. It has too many bars than what the Online tool shows.

IDAutomation no longer recommends using IDAutomation_UCC128.
Instead, use IDAutomation_Code128ApplyTilde
and the data of '(00)10780548000000132142010918' will work, where "420" is the AI and 10918 is the zip code.
The data of '(00)107805480000001321(420)10918' will also work, however, it will insert an additional FNC1 character that will make the barcode longer according to GS1 guidelines. This answer assumes "(00)107805480000001321" is your pallet label data.

If your data is (00)107805480000001321, with the 01321 being the zip code, add the (420) in the front of it, making it (00)1078054800000(420)01321.

By adding the (420) in front of the zip code, it identifies the following numbers as being of that type.
