What is the process of installing 2D barcodes (Data Matrix) in XML Publisher?

I am working on UNIX. I basically want mt label to display 2D barcode. While currently using Code128, I need to make use of Data Matrix code.

Although we do not directly support the implementation of our products in XML or BI Publisher, we do link to a solution that may help you.

The article was written by Tim Dexter and uses IDAutomation Barcode Fonts (Linear and 2D) along with the Java Encoder class to generate barcodes in Publisher.

BI / XML Publisher for Linear Barcodes

BI / XML Publisher for 2D Barcodes

Installing the fonts on Unix requires you or an Administrator working with you, to have experience installing fonts.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist as we do not support the implementation. The only information provided about it is included in the links.

Thanks Ben.

I had tried those steps. But not clear about what is XMLP? Where to we have to place those codes mentioned in the step2.

Can you please assist on this?
