QR code is showing letters, numbers and symbols. Why?


We are using Oracle EBS V12.2.5 in XML Publisher with the QR Code Font. We need to add a QR code to our India invoices for e-invoice compliance using the QR string sent back from the tax service. We have used this successfully in other applications, but it is not working here. It's also a much larger string (950 characters). Is there a limit?

Check each step of the BIP solution: https://www.idautomation.com/font-encoders/java-class-library/oracle-xml-publisher/

What is the name of the barcode font selected?
As a test, set the font to Arial to view the encoded data. Take a screenshot of it.

It should look similar to:

If not, then there is a problem with calling the encoder and you may need to review each step of the tutorial.
