C128 barcode Functions

Good afternoon, I am trying to duplicate the C128 barcode at the top of the attached PDF file in Crystal Reports 2016 SP4 on a Windows 10 pro PC. We have purchased the C128 font package from ID Automation but I am unable to reproduce the barcode using either of the several options. The original barcode seems to be using some type of function, as when I scan it with a barcode verifier, it reads as
CF| 99988718079978491265203397A8(76). The value being encoded is 999887180799784912652033978. This leads me to believe this will be a C128 Auto barcode. However, when I try to generate this barcode, it looks different and scans without the F| function on the value and the bars do not align with the original barcode.

Are there any special instructions to be added to the encode value to trigger this functionality?

Operating System: Windows 10

Application: Crystal Reports 2016 SP 4

You may have to refer to the specification of that particular implementation. To encode the FNC1, refer to the GS1-128 Information.
