How to fix the size of QR code for Swiss QR Bill

We are using IDAutomation.com QR-Code Native Barcode Generator on Crystal Reports 2016. The measurements of the Swiss QR Code for printing must always be 46 x 46 mm. How can we fix the size not to depend on data content? We must use the Arial font, which contains around 220 alphanumeric characters, but it can be evaluated in the future. We do not have not the parameter “Bar Width (X dimension)” on the graphical editor. Same problem with the Swiss Flag Symbol which should be 7x7mm.

To comply with the Swiss QR Bill specifications, a symbol of 46x46mm with a 7x7mm cross in the center is required. When using the Native Crystal Reports Generator to produce this symbol with a standard amount of data, certain settings must be adjusted. Firstly, the object's font should be changed to Consolas at 2.5 points and a line spacing of 0.9 times normal. Secondly, the error correction level should be set to "0," which is "M," and the version should be set to 23. Additionally, the 17x17 QR Bill Swiss Cross String should be used, and the zoom should be adjusted to 300% or 400% to check the sizes with the ruler within Crystal. While low screen resolution may cause some white lines or distortion, the symbol should be accurate when printed. If more data is needed, the version can be changed to 25, and the point size of the object can be lowered to 2 points. To format the data for the QR Bill, the LF command should be inserted with the &Chr(10)& code, and static data must be in quotes. For more information, refer to the Crystal Reports Swiss QR Code Example.
