2D Barcodes UFL missing for Crystal reports viewer

I am trying to install the QRCodeFontEncoder package on our Terminal Server, Windows Server 2012 R2. Our application generates a crystal report that we can view and print using the crystal viewer version 9.0. After installing the UFL on our terminal server I still get the error from Crystal Reports on the barcode formulas, UFL 'U212com.dll' that implements this function is missing.

We have crystal reports using Code128 barcodes that require U212com.dll as well on the server, and they run with no issues.
I have successfully installed the UFL on our primary server and our Windows Server 2008 terminal server with no issues. I cannot figure out what we are missing on our Server 2012 R2

I have gone through the process of removing and re-installing, rebooting, and registering CRUFLIDAutomationQRCode.dll manually, and I keep getting the same error.

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2

Application: Crystal Reports

The manual installation of the DLL is not recommended. I recommend installing the EXE package that came with the product in the server and try it then. If that does not work, upgrade to the latest version by purchasing the Level 2 Support and Upgrade. Your order is a 5-user license from July 2019. The latest package includes a formula that does not require the UFL and it includes several other options such as GS1-QRCode and Center Override.

The latest version of the formula should not throw any errors. Open the formula and make sure it is Version 2020.

Hi Brant, Thanks for your response. As I mentioned in my post, we did several attempts to install using the EXE package. When that was not working we attempted to register manually which is still not working.

We are currently using the latest version, and have access to the formula, however, the formula throws and null exception (buffer too small) error so we cannot use that either.

We have the UFL working on 3 other clients, including another server 2012 R2 server. Please look for help as to what we are missing that it is not working on just this one server.
