Resolved Questions

How do you get the labels to update from an attached external Access database using the Barcode Label Software?

We are using the check design application (2010) and have a link to an external access database.

We are using the demo MICR font.

The check number fields and the Pay To fields increment when clicking on the rightmost refresh button on the label form.

In the MICR line, we have included the check number, and it too increments.

All appear to work well when in the design application.

When we print the .emf file we only see the data from the last time we saved the .emf file.

The question is: How do we get the data to increment on each print?

We want to populate the fields in the access database and then issue the print command for the .emf file.

We can get our programs to print the .emf files but they are static as indicated earlier.

What are we missing or doing wrong?

Operating System: Windows 7(64 bit)

If you update your database, there should be an option to refresh as there will be a refresh icon. This should pull your latest linked data.

If this is not the issue, then you may need to advance the label to the label that you want to save as an emf file.
