UFL in Crystal Reports 11 32bit works but 64-bit does not

After installing the GS1 UPC EAN Barcode Font Package, the "u25idautomation.dll" option appears in Crystal Reports 11 (32-bit), but not in Crystal Reports 2020 (64-bit).
How do I enable "u25idautomation.dll" for the 64-bit version to use the "IDAutomation_EAN13" function?

Operating System: Windows 10

The UFL installation method is considered a legacy installation method that is no longer recommended. To resolve UFL errors in Crystal Reports, IDAutomation recommends that you change your installation from the Crystal Reports Barcode Font Encoder UFL method to the current Barcode Font Encoder Formulas for Crystal Reports installation method as the Font Formulas do not rely on a UFL or have any other external dependencies for the encoding.

If you must use the UFL, there are some troubleshooting steps available
Crystal Reports UFL Errors U2lcom U212com and Solutions which may assist you.

I see that your licensing was purchased as Single User License for one locally installed workstation and one user, and the encoding tools for Crystal Reports are only available with Developer Licensing or higher, so the UFL and the Font Formulas are not available with that licensing level.
