UFL 'u2lcom.dll' that implements this function is missing

Hello.

We have problems with 2 products we have purchased:

QR Code Font and Encoder for Windows (Small Company Developer License)
IDAutomation Data Matrix Font and Encoder for Windows (Small Company Developer License)

We use the products in a small .Net-Tool with a Crystal Report-report. Under Windows 64bit we get the error:
UFL 'u2lcom.dll.dll' that implements this function is missing.

What options do we have to solve that problem?

Kind regards,
Daniel

Operating System: Windows 10 64bit

Application: .Net-Tool with an Crystal Report-report

IDAutomation recommends using the Crystal Font Formula provided in the integration folder of the product. The Crystal Font Formulas do not require the UFL to be installed to generate barcodes and the formulas stay embedded in the report. Please purchase the Support Subscription to obtain the latest version that includes the formula and the 64-bit UFL.

The u2lcom.dll occurs when the UFL is not installed, or when using an older 32-bit UFL in a 64-bit environment. If it is necessary to use the UFL, it needs to be installed on each PC generating barcodes.

We are no longer offering the "for Windows" packages and as such, the support & upgrade subscriptions for those are no longer available. The good news is that this essentially entitles you to receive the Suites for these products with a simple purchase of the Level 2 Support & Upgrade Subscriptions. Please find your purchase information below. You can click the purchase links and add the license to your basket for pricing:

Item: IDA30-Sub
Description: one year Level 2 Support & Upgrade Subscription for Data Matrix ECC200 Font and Encoder Suite
License: Small Company Developer
Purchase URL: https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/2d/datamatrix/support/

Item: IDA20-Sub
Description: one year Level 2 Support & Upgrade Subscription for QR Code Font and Encoder Suite
License: Small Company Developer
Purchase URL: https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/2d/qr-code/support/

Add the above items to your basket and proceed through checkout. Upon purchase, you'll be able to download from the Digital Goods section of your order confirmation page. You'll find the Crystal Formulas available there.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. We have another question about the correct subscription:

Datamatrix - We think the correct upgrade is IDA32-SUB and not IDA30-SUB!? - What is the difference between IDA30 and IDA32?

QR Code - Here we think, the correct upgrade is IDA19-SUB, but this product is discontinued, so we must choose IDA20-SUB. Correct?

Kind regards,
Daniel

You would need to purchase the Support Subscription to obtain the latest version that includes both the Crystal Formula and the 64-bit UFL. The older product you have will not work in a 64-bit environment.

Thank you for the fast answer.

We are a bit overwhelmed with the information on the website. Where can I download this Font Formula for Datamatrix and QR code directly? Does this result in additional costs or is this covered by our existing licenses?

Do we see this correctly, that another option would be to buy an updated subscription and get a new package in which the problems no longer exist?

Kind regards,
Daniel
