u212com.dll missing error in Crystal Reports

Good morning everyone, this is my first post....
I hope you can help me. I have developed an application in C# with Visual Studio 2022 that should load .rpt files located in a remote folder.
I have installed Crystal Report Engine version 38 and the objects for Visual Studio.
The following code does not produce any errors:
CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument doc = new CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument();
doc.Load(RptfilePath);
if (doc.IsLoaded)
doc.SetDatabaseLogon(usr, pwd, srv, dbname);
doc.SetParameterValue(0, idPallet);

but here the u212com.dll missing error is generated:
pdfFileName = @“C:TempReportTest.pdf”;
doc.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, pdfFileName);

The DLL is in the win64_x64 directory and in the win32_x86 directory.

What can I check and do?

The UFL installation is a legacy installation method for Crystal Reports, and our support for a UFL installation will be limited. That said, we do offer Crystal Reports UFL Errors U2lcom U212com and Solutions, which cover some potential solutions to this error. The UFL error does not necessarily mean that the UFL isn't present, but it means that the UFL cannot be contacted.

If the troubleshooting steps in the above link do not assist you in resolving the UFL error, IDAutomation recommends using the Barcode Font Encoder Formulas for Crystal Reports because these stay embedded in the report and do not contain any external dependencies.

To obtain the font formulas for your specific licensing and barcode type, we would need to be able to locate your original order to advise you on how to purchase Level 2 Support for that licensing for a new file download.
