PDF output DataMatrix Font Encoder


I recently purchased Data Matrix Font Encoder to be used with CR2016. It works fine in the preview but when exporting to PDF, the DM is double with the wrong font (see attached image) Did I miss something? This issue occurs on a client PC, not my own, I don't have any problem.

The issue may be related to Crystal Reports and could require a patch. Review the Barcode Smaller when Exporting to PDF KB article.

If that does not solve the issue, we recommend trying the following (in order) on the system having the problem:
1. Reboot the PC.
2. Make sure the text size settings are set to 100%.
3. Make sure the same 2D font is installed on both PCs.
4. Give the object some extra size to properly contain the symbol if it is larger.
5. Set the point size slightly smaller in the report.
6. Update the version of Crystal on the PC.
