MICR Fonts and Bank Validation

We are using the MICR E13B Font Package to print the MICR in our cheques, but the bank rejected them.

We use a VB .NET application that generates the cheque layout using Crystal Reports and print them in a printer connected to our server.

How do we correct this?

Operating System: Windows

Application: Crystal Reports

Alignment issues may be aided with using the varying font widths/boldness (see the Multiple Versions Provided table) and a MICR gauge. Additionally, there is another post that will help, as alignment issues can only be resolved with playing around with various factors specific to the equipment being used (a general statement as each implementation is unique).

The issues are in the characters: Dash Symbol, Transit Number Symbol, On-US symbol, 1, 4, 7, 8.

I just uploaded all images the bank sent us regarding the OCR Analysis.

Can you specifically state with which symbols you are having issues?
