Can't find Font 3 of 9.

This question is about the IDAutomation Code 39 Font. I previously purchased a complete font pack that included the “3 of 9” font listed in the 2nd picture. We noticed we accessed the database from another PC that this particular font was not included with the other IDAutomation fonts installed.

We paid for a new download today but upon installation, we could not find the same font in the new install that is needed in pictures 2 and 3. A lot of time was invested into trying to resolve this before we finally paid to rebuy the fonts and now it is still not working. Please assist ASAP. Thank you.

debrac	Best Answer When I review the document you attached to this incident, the second screenshot shows a font called "3 of 9 Barcode". This is not an IDAutomation font name and you can review the names of all of the Code 39 fonts here: Code 39 IDAutomation Font Names. Unfortunately, IDAutomation cannot advise you as to which company produces the "3 of 9 Barcode" font you are looking for or how you can obtain it. To Generate a Code 39 barcode with IDAutomation Code 39 fonts, you need to encode your data either by installing an encoding tool or by placing start and stop characters around your data such as asterisks e.g. ABCD1234, and then the Code 39 font can be applied to complete the barcode. If you still need a font named "3 of 9 Barcode" we can generate a custom font for you with that name if you have purchased a Developer License.
